Beginning this month, Maine Energy Investment Corporation (MEIC) is resuming its quarterly biofuels newsletter. The new newsletter will feature the same great national and local news on biofuels, and be put together by the same team that brought you the original Biodiesel for Maine Newsletters. But there will be some important additions and changes.
- Important - You must sign up again - You are receiving this email because you signed up to receive the original Biodiesel for Maine Newsletter, or one of its sister publications. But we realize that things may have changed since you originally signed up. So we are requiring you to Sign Up Again to confirm your interest in receiving the new Biofuels for Maine Newsletter. Having you "opt in" will ensure a targeted list and minimize unwanted mail to those people who are no longer interested in biofuels. Sign up using the form below.
- New Title - What was once Biodiesel for Maine is now Biofuels for Maine. With our new title comes additional coverage of, not only biodiesel for motor vehicles, but also bioheat and bioethanol for home heating and marine applications.
- New Market Data - New in 2008, we will be including a "market watch" segment in our newsletter mailings. Compiled by regularly surveying Maine biofuel suppliers, we will be keeping track of state-wide pricing trends and delivering reports right to your inbox.
- New Look - Last, but not least, we have changed our "look" to reflect our partnership with the Maine Government's Efficiency Maine program. Your newsletters, beginning with the mid-February first edition, will carry a green "Biofuels for Maine" banner (see below).
